These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.rocketcitytreeservice.com) and services. By accessing or using our site/services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
Your use of our website and on-site tree removal, pruning, and stump grinding services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update them; continued use post-changes signifies agreement.
Service Description
We provide mobile tree care services across Huntsville, Madison, and North AL, performed at customer locations. Services are subject to availability, weather, and safety conditions. No physical storefront visits are offered.
Payment Terms
Quotes are free—contact 256-746-3598. Payment is due post-service via cash, check, or card. No prepayment is required; full payment is expected upon job completion.
Liability and Indemnity
We are not liable for pre-existing property damage or natural events (e.g., storms). Clients indemnify us against claims arising from unauthorized site access or pre-existing conditions. Safety equipment use is at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24 hours prior at no cost. Same-day cancellations incur a $50 fee, refundable only if rescheduled within 7 days.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our site/services for illegal purposes, misrepresent your identity, or interfere with our operations. Violations may result in service denial.
Intellectual Property
Content on www.rocketcitytreeservice.com (e.g., photos, text) is our property. Unauthorized use (e.g., reproduction) is prohibited without consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Alabama law. Disputes are resolved in Madison County courts.
