Reply to this email or call/ text 256-746-3598 to discuss, make any changes, and accept your job. In most cases we can get to your job within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. If you need exact scheduling let us know, but please be aware of unpredictable Alabama weather patterns that may affect your outdoor project.
"Do I need to be there for the job?"
In most cases, as long as our access to the work zone is clear, we do not need the customer on site to perform our services, however, many customers enjoy watching and taking pictures! We understand that your time is valuable, and we implore you to check out our extensive reviews and references to feel good about your decision to have Rocket City Tree Service at your property in your absence if you cannot be there.
"How do I pay for my job?"
We are 100% invested in all of our projects; meaning that all labor, fuel, materials, insurance, and any other conceivable costs are put toward your project because we are sure that we will be successful. You only pay Rocket City Tree Service when all contract line items have been completed. If you can't be around for the job we can take payment over the phone via credit card, or you can mail us a check. All jobs are considered payment upon completion.
